Pre-school Graduation
I will admit my general skepticism of graduation in general, let alone graduation from pre-school. Still, the kids seemed to have a pretty good time. They sang us a song or two, marched in and out, got their diplomas without too much going in the wrong direction... And best of all, there was cake and balloons. It was somewhat interesting figuring out how to tie the balloons to the bicycles for the ride home. They tend to blow around a lot.
Fortunately, they kept all of the graduation garb except the tassels, so we don't have to figure out what to do with it. They even published a photo of the "graduates" in the Washington Record, which is kind of sweet. This is actually the first class to have a graduation at the Wash U day care.
Now we just have to take that photo and compare it in 11 years to her high school graduation one...
