It's peach season again. Isabella was helping to pull the wagon home.Monday we went to music class, and from there to work. Isabella enjoyed walking around the office playing with Mr. Potato Head and sitting in my lap and playing with the yellow stickies (all stuck over the desk drawer), the whiteboard pens (all over everything), coins and even some baby toys.
Her little white sandals no longer fit, unfortunately. I bought a cheap pair of croc rip-offs for her, but she didn't want to wear them. Fortunately, Karen managed to get her to wear them and now she really likes them. They aren't great, but it doesn't matter if they get wet.
Friday was the departmental picnic. There was a great little fountain off to the side that Isabella got her toes (and eventually the rest of her) wet in. Someone had also brought a big bubble wand and she went chasing around after the bubbles. Then it thundered, and made lots of puddles that were really good for splashing in. Patrick, from work, had his two girls there, one of them about 6 mos older than Isabella. They chased each other through the puddles going stomp, stomp.
Today Ann and James took Isabella for us while we went to the movies! We all went together to the crepe place for lunch (where Isabella stuffed all of my grapes, an entire cup of orange juice, and a fair amount of crepe into her mouth). Then we moved the car seat to Ann's car, and tucked her in. She looked a little uncertain, but waved bye bye and off they went to the zoo. They had a wonderful time, and James bought Isabella a new penguin. We stopped by afterwards to collect her, and she had fun wrapping penguin up in a cloth, drawing, and chasing after spinning poker chips. Then she passed out on the way home (surprise, surprise!)

We get great little sentences now - Isabella go down stairs, daddy driving car, mommy using computer, Isabella put shorts on, daddy took shower...
