Christmas was pretty uneventful. Didn't get around to opening presents until late in the afternoon. Set up the swingy chairs. Seems ok for about 15 minutes, and then fuss...
Start going out for a walk every afternoon to get Isabella to sleep. She fusses like crazy, but quiets down eventually. We go to the book store, or the coffee shop... this is getting expensive!
Tried our first trip to the metro link and then to work, Isabella in the sling, sleeping. Works pretty well, but I think we over-stimulated Isabella because she did *not* sleep that night. Cranky people all around.
Discovered the vacuum cleaner. Works if she's tired - we go from screaming to passed out in 30 seconds. Still keeps waking up, so we have to leave the vacuum cleaner on. I'm getting very tired of sleeping in the poufy chairs in the basement.
Returned the stroller for one that is steerable and a separate infant car seat.
