Feb. 20th - 25th

Mom and Aunt Barb visited again. Mom was working on her paintings. Isabella was kinda fussy, but they got lots of play time in and I got the house a bit cleaner. She's getting better at grabbing
things. She now has more toys and clothes, of course. Found out Nina had sent a bunch of clothes and a cute doggy book with the blender.

We all went to the lab on Friday for the candidate talk. They worked on a puzzle, and we went through five diapers in rapid succession, so Barb went out and got more disposies. Grandma's into peeing the baby :-). Been lots of upchucking, so we're changing clothes every day. She's a lot better about having her clothes changed, now.

One bad night - we took her shopping for the first time. There was a queue for the changing table at Whole Foods (she was dry, though!). Also went to World Market for some baskets. Unfortunately, we were out too late and missed the go to sleep time (dinner at 9pm). So it took an hour to get her to go to sleep.

I got sick in Colorado, and everone else in the family came down with it. Poor Isabella is all stuffy.

Barb's flight was canceled, so she ended up going home on Monday.

Her finger nails are growing really fast; need to cut them every couple days.

Sorted through some of her clothes - we have lots of these shirt/pant combos. Some of the clothes have gotten (gasp) too small. Nina sent a great little pair of boots, though, and some very
non-girly shirts. Have a big pile to take to the re-sale store. Got in another bath. She seems to like splashing the water. Her legs are getting fat, and she's got quite a budha belly.

She likes the stuffed bears.

She actually slept in her car seat for over an hour! Bill also got her to sleep in the swing for 3 hours! While he slept, too...

Had the Olin Fellowship meeting. Got a late start in, and Bill forgot the diaper bag, and there were lots of people taking the GREs there (oops). But she was well-behaved while breast feeding in the meeting (a first, apparently). Becky took her for a little while, until she started to fuss. Got one poop in the toilet. Got really fussy at the end after pooping in her diaper, but basically pretty
well-behaved.
